TDC once again had a number of “volunteers” step up in promoting the game of baseball and just generally introducing many to just “throwing a ball” for the first time.
The event took place at Minoru Park in Richmond and looks to be growing in stature each and every year. Continue reading
As we’re ALWAY going to look for opportunities to play and promote BASEBALL, TDC is looking for the following help with the following commitments we’ve made.
1) MAY 10TH – “DISCOVER YOUR SPORT” in Richmond is part of “Health Week” this year and hopefully will be much more of a dynamic event than in past…..We’re looking to do our part in making it so….If you’re willing to come out and help set up, participate in helping kids try out the different BASEBALL events, etc, that would be great!!……Send me a message at 604.250.3432 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Further information can be found at the following “Health Week” site.
2) Looking for “Feedback” on whether to hold the “ALUMNI GAME – 10th Anniversary Celebration” (of formation) of the Richmond Midget AAA CHUCKERS at Nat Bailey this June or not…..If you guys can pass along the link to the poll question to ANY “Chucker Alumni” Players / Coaches and Parents, that would be awesome.
Thanks for your interest in either project.
Serj Sangara – TDC Director
There’s plenty to get excited about!!…..
With TDC’s continued involvement in happenings at BCMBA (18U AAA SELECTS), The BallYard at Sport Central, helping with the Van Canadian’s preparation for the 2014 Season, helping with “DISCOVER YOUR SPORT” day, looking to help resurrect the RCB Jr Men’s team and perhaps taking more than just a passing “interest” in the exciting new developments at Minoru Park and the new AT Diamond being laid out, we’ve plenty to work through in the months ahead.
Looking forward to sharing these events and happenings with many of you in order to help grow the game of BASEBALL throughout this Spring and Summer!!
