In Memory of Alan David Lexier (As shared by Kelly Lexier)

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Alan David Lexier. After a short but courageous battle with cancer, Alan passed away peacefully on March 13th surrounded by his family.

Alan will be cherished forever by the love of his life, his wife, Mary Lou as well as his daughter Brooke, sons Brent and David, daughter in laws Kelly and Thuy, sister Joanne and his beloved “buddies” his grandkids Bryson, Sam, Colton and Sara.
Alan lived and breathed baseball his entire life as a coach and umpire. He was an integral part of Richmond baseball in several capacities beginning in the early 1980’s. As well, he is a charter member of the Lower Mainland Baseball Association, serving as Head Umpire Coordinator for over 20years.
We all know that there’s an angel up there yelling “play ball!”
We will be having a memorial to celebrate Alan’s life on Sunday March 17th from 2-5pm at Green Acres Golf Course, 5040 No 6 RD Richmond. We want this to be a celebration of Alan and his wonderful spirit. Lets share our countless funny stories and memories.
Please feel free to send this email along to others.
